WHAT IS VANGELIS DOING?

According to people who have actually met Vangelis in 2010, he is living in Athens and continues to compose new music-he actually performed a couple of songs in front of them. However, Vangelis told them that he does not wish to release new material because of his disgust for major record labels. Hopefully, he will change his mind in the future, but in the meantime, this is how he feels.
